Job summary
Lincoln Tech seeks BSN or MSN registered nurses to teach in our Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience is required, we will provide you with the training needed to become a successful Nursing Educator.
Days Monday through Friday. Full-Time benefits include healthcare, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. Active NJ RN licensure and clinical experience are required, with opportunities for growth within the institution.
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN required.
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
- Experience in Med-Surg or Long-Term Care nursing.
- Teaching experience is a plus and helpful for the role.
- Proficient with technology and educational tools.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver nursing curriculum in classroom and clinical sites.
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites.
- Teach nursing techniques and provide practice to develop skill proficiency.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and maintain student records.
- Prepare students for a nursing career.

- BSN or MSN
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience
- Experience in any of the following:
- Med-Surg
- Long-Term Care nursing
- Teaching experience-a plus
- Proficient with technology
