Community Health Network is seeking a Nursing Educator for the Emergency Department. The role collaborates with the Education Specialist, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Manager/Director to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate education for nursing staff on the unit.
The position supports new hires and patient care quality. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, RN licensure in Indiana and at least three years of nursing experience, including one year in the specialty area.

The Nurse Educator works closely with the Education Specialist, the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Department's Nursing Manager/Director to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the educational needs of nursing staff at the unit/department level to enable staff to provide quality care for the unique patient population on that unit/department.
