Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Nursing Educator to deliver the nursing curriculum in class and at clinical sites, supervise students, and help them develop hands-on patient care skills. Requirements include a BSN or MSN, an active New Jersey RN license, and 3+ years of recent clinical experience, with Med-Surg or Long-Term Care exposure; teaching is a plus and technology proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN is required.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience in Med-Surg or Long-Term Care is required.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites.
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency.
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records.
• Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
