Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking BSN or MSN registered nurses to teach in our LPN program in New Jersey. No teaching experience is required; we will provide training to become a successful Nursing Educator.

Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, supervising students, and ensuring hands-on patient care at clinical sites. Requirements include a BSN or MSN and an active NJ RN license, plus 3+ years of recent clinical experience in Med-Surg, maternity/pediatrics, or long-term care.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required.
• Active RN license in NJ.
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience in Med-Surg, maternity and pediatric, or long-term care nursing.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• Proficient with technology.

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands‑on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
• Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!

Requirements of a Nursing Educator

• BSN or MSN
• Active RN license in NJ
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• Experience in any of the following:
  • Med-Surg
  • Maternity and Pediatric
  • Long-Term Care nursing
• Teaching experience-a plus
• Proficient with technology
