Job summary

TRIA Orthopedics in Minnesota seeks a Nursing Education Specialist to lead nursing staff development across Orthopedic Same Day Surgery Centers. You will coordinate orientation, deliver evidence-based training, and promote ongoing education to uphold high clinical standards.

The role requires an RN license (MN or WI) with a second license within 30 days, a BSN, and at least 3 years in a clinical specialty, plus leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in MN or WI at hire; must obtain second license within 30 days.
• BSN required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical specialty.
• Experience in leadership, staff development, and education.
• Preceptor/charge RN experience; clinical education.
• BLS certification per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing nursing education.
• Deliver training and promote evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align practices with guidelines.
