The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred), with at least five years of clinical nursing and two years in formal nursing education, plus one year in management. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required; NPD-BC or CNE is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum five years of full-time clinical nursing experience.
• At least two years in formal nursing education role.
• Minimum one year of formal managerial experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate development of clinical excellence through orientation and staff development.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs for staff competency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve safety and patient outcomes.
• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
