Job summary
Carle Inclusion Connection Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Nursing Professional Development. In this role, you will assist the Clinical Education team by developing and implementing educational strategies, mentoring new staff, and evaluating training outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure in Illinois. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will join a collaborative team focused on quality care and continuous improvement.
A compensation range of $37.04 – $63.71 per hour is available, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Illinois Department.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Experience with delivering educational sessions and training.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with others to resolve issues and give feedback.
- Design and deliver education sessions based on needs assessments.
- Collaborate with managers to assess staff learning needs.
