Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing is required.
• Active Indiana RN license or eligibility.
• Three years of academic nursing experience at the baccalaureate level preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in nursing practice and education.
• Evidence of scholarship and professional engagement.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in didactic and/or clinical nursing courses.
• Collaborate on curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and student assessment.
• Mentor students and colleagues in scholarly endeavors.
• Advise students and mentor peers and student organizations.
• Support student success and preparation for the NCLEX.
• Participate in departmental and university planning, governance, and committees.
• Represent the program within the community and professional organizations.
• Engage in scholarly activities including discovery, application, integration, and teaching.
• Publish and present research findings at appropriate venues.
