Job summary

Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of nursing practice experience.
- Minimum of two years of nursing education experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in committees or projects.
- Current RN license; BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership aligning with Mayo Clinic’s vision and nursing education standards.
- Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate educational activities across the care continuum.
- Collaborate with nursing and other disciplines; facilitate staff development.
- Support strategic planning and goal attainment for the Department of Nursing.
