Qualifications

• 2 years direct supervision or management experience.
• 3 years clinical practice in adult health, maternal-child health, mental health, community health or home health.
• 1 year teaching experience in a registered nursing education curriculum at the associate, bachelor’s, or diploma level.
• RN licensed in the applicable state and CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lecture and classroom activities and clinical rotations with 8–10 student nurses.
• Engage in Nursing Program Governance through councils and committees.
• Conduct conferences with students regarding academic and clinical progress.
• Participate in recruitment and retention programs and attend relevant ceremonies.
• Prepare evaluation materials such as syllabi and tests in a timely manner.
• Maintain student records, grades, accreditation data, and course reports.
• Submit equipment and supplies requests for clinical and simulation labs.
