Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure per state regulations.
• MSN degree required; BSN considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience per state board.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Use varied assessment strategies to evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and engage in ongoing scholarship.
• Lead and act as a change agent within the educational environment.
• Maintain professional practice knowledge to prepare students for practice.
