Job summary

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences seeks a full-time BSN faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences for undergraduate students. The role includes teaching in classroom, clinical, and laboratory settings, mentorship of students, and scholarly engagement across the university.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in Massachusetts required.
• Nursing education experience at the baccalaureate level.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Academic experience including syllabus development preferred.
• Knowledge of the NCSBN NCLEX test plan preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development and course evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Teach in classroom, clinical, and laboratory settings.
• Mentor students and supervise capstone projects.
• Engage in scholarly activities and service across the university.
• Develop and revise nursing curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Travel among campuses for meetings may be required.
