Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical care for residents in a compassionate, compliant environment. You will supervise Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants and LPNs, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.

You will partner with the Executive Director on hiring, orientation, and ongoing training while coordinating with physicians and pharmacy to support resident independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in the state.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care delivery to meet local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Executive Director on recruiting, orientation, and staff training.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacy to promote quality care and independence.
• Perform comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission and quarterly assessments.
• Provide on-call support for the community.
• Ensure compliance, efficiency and understanding of policies and procedures.
