Job summary

Fairmont of Washington Township in Dayton, OH is seeking a Wellness Nurse to monitor residents' health and support care services. The role provides leadership in resident care, assists in medication administration, communicates with families, and helps ensure clinical quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved college / school of nursing.
• Maintains a current state license as RN or LPN/LVN.
• Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital or long term care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to teach others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
