Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for our Health Campuses in Jasper, IN. The DON will oversee residents’ health concerns and manage the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, under guidance from the Executive Director/Administrator and Medical Director.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, compliance, and quality care across the campus, with emphasis on continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in state and CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates the nursing service department in line with rules and guidelines for the Health Campus.
• Leads the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.
• Develops and maintains an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department and implements corrective actions.
• Participates in facility surveys and ensures compliance with laws governing the Health Campus.
