Qualifications

• RN license in Kentucky required.
• Experience leading in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Hands-on leader who motivates a team and promotes positive culture.
• Genuine commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to all nursing services.
• Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and readiness for state surveys.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to improve resident satisfaction and operational performance.
• Support staffing effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.
• Maintain the facility’s strong reputation for quality and regulatory compliance.
