Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical care standards and lead the nursing team in a home health setting. The role involves managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing operational policies for high-quality care in clients’ homes.

The position is on-site in Fair Lawn, NJ, full-time, reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate has RN licensure in NJ, a BSN or equivalent, and strong leadership abilities to coordinate across care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ is required.
• BSN or related health field with 2+ years RN experience in home/community health or, if no BSN, 3 years RN experience with progressive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of home care services reflecting agency standards and monitor client clinical status.
• Assign nurses to client visits, manage per diem nurse supervisor budget, and assist in interviewing and orientation.
