Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in Fair Lawn, NJ, seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical care standards and lead the nursing team in a home health setting.

You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policies to deliver high-quality care. Reporting to the CEO, you will coordinate home care services, supervise nurse assignments, and drive training programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (New Jersey)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of home care services reflecting agency standards and monitor clients' clinical status
• Manage nurse assignments, optimize per diem nurse supervisor budget, assist in hiring (interviews, orientation, competency testing)
• Evaluate nurse supervisors and care partners
• Ensure safe, high-quality home care with adherence to NJ/state/HIPAA regulations
• Perform client assessments at various stages of the client relationship
• Develop In-Service training programs and coordinate guest speakers or deliver content
• Coordinate with community agencies to ensure continuity of care and clear communication with clients and families
• Remain available by phone for guidance and on-site visits during Agency On-Call Hours
• Maintain professional conduct and represent the organization at meetings and community events
• Reports to the CEO
