• 3+ years nursing practice; 1+ year in behavioral health.
• Skills in assessment, nursing principles, staffing, budgeting, regulatory requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Sets the vision for nursing practice and oversees daily nursing operations.
• Collaborates with department and leadership; manages staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Develops and implements nursing policies aligning with current standards and regulations.
• Oversees medication management and reconciles medication reports with pharmacy.
• Participates in leadership rounds and investigates incidents related to nursing safety.
