Job summary

- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across departments to achieve patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Directs and evaluates all nursing personnel within perioperative services.
- Oversees staffing, scheduling, and staffing procedures; sets objectives and performance standards.
- Manages department budgets and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with other departments to streamline operations and improve patient experience.
