Responsabilités

Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care
Oversee the management of nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and professional development
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations
