Job summary

Axiom Healthcare of West Frankfort is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a team of dedicated nursing professionals and advance exceptional patient care. You will oversee clinical operations, budget resources, and collaborate with other departments to implement care plans while maintaining regulatory compliance and a supportive work environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in nursing leadership, an RN license, strong communication and budgeting skills, and the ability to thrive

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting.
• Current RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care.
