HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to coordinate operational components across the continuum of care, aiming to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

This role leads an integrated team of nursing and support services, develops evidence-based protocols, and reports on KPIs to drive performance. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of progressive management experience.

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills; proficient in Word/Excel.

• You will produce and present reports on key performance indicators and other significant benchmarking metrics, implement plans to address variability and poor performance.
• You will measure clinical and operational outcomes, facilitate the comparative measurement of these outcomes across facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations

• Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience. Clinical experience preferred

• Organizational, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project planning and management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
