Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility in Howell Township, NJ. You will lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and a minimum of 5 years in nursing leadership within long-term care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Current RN license with active status.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
Strong clinical knowledge in gerontological nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day nursing department operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to licensed nurses, CNAs, and other staff.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training and development.
Monitor and improve quality metrics such as patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Foster a culture of empathy and open communication among staff, residents, and families.
Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare partners.
