Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity, and respect.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and management to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Ensure effective communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient care records and staff performance evaluations.
