Qualifications

• RN license (OK permanent or eNLC) plus 4 years nursing; 2 in supervision and 1 in management/consultation.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 3 years nursing; 2 in supervision and 1 in management/consultation.
• Master’s degree with 2 years supervisory and 1 in management/consultation plus 2 admin years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct staff to meet facility goals.
• Coordinate nursing services and improve patient care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation.
