Job summary

Brentwood Place One in Dallas Texas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to administer and manage Nursing Services, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and regulatory standards. The role requires 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department and leadership in the absence of the Administrator.

You will oversee the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, participate in admissions decisions, and work with the management team to maintain quality standards and resident

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in nursing required.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total resident care in alignment with physician orders and regulations.
• Communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practice.
• Participate in admissions decisions and evaluate resident status in management meetings.
• Lead daily/weekly management discussions on census, personnel, and concerns.
• Other duties may be assigned.
