The Waters in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Nursing to guide clinical and operational directions for resident care. You will ensure safe outcomes, lead a strong nursing team, and maintain survey readiness while collaborating with families and multi-disciplinary staff.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, budgeting, and quality initiatives to support exceptional service and compliance in our community.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state where the community is located.
• 3-5 years of nursing leadership/administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident assessments and individualized care planning.
• Lead and develop nursing staff.
• Drive quality assurance and maintain a continuous survey-ready posture.
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to address concerns and coordinate care.
• Manage nursing resources and department budget to support excellent service.
