Pavilion Management Company seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services across our facilities, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will guide clinical programs, support admission decisions, and drive continuous improvement in care standards.

The role requires a BSN, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with CPR certification and strong team leadership. Expect competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing operations.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee all functions of the Nursing Services department, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical programs that promote quality outcomes and resident-centered care.
• Monitor nursing practices to ensure consistency with policies and best practices.
• Participate in admission decisions and care planning.
• Lead and participate in QAPI and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and manage on-call leadership.
