Job summary

Infinite Care Consulting is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) in Gainesville, FL to lead the clinical team and uphold high standards of resident care. The role requires a Florida RN license, nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility, and CPR certification.

The DON will drive regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and partner with administration to implement quality initiatives and care programs.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
