Brookdale is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care at a Brookdale community in Seattle. You will drive clinical excellence, mentor licensed nurses and direct care staff, and coordinate with families and physicians to meet individualized care plans.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families, and providers while aligning with Brookdale's mission.

Formación

• Licensed as RN or LPN/LVN in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience.
• Driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day clinical services to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Supervise licensed nurses and direct care staff; coach and mentor teams.
• Lead clinical leadership team up to five members based on community complexity.
• Adapt leadership level to community size and regulatory requirements.
