Job summary
Signature HealthCARE's Westmoreland Care & Rehabilitation Center in Westmoreland, TN seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and uphold exceptional resident care.
You will partner with physicians, the Medical Director, and inter-disciplinary teams to develop care plans, monitor assessments, and drive performance. Strong leadership, detail orientation, TN RN license and CPR certification are required.
Qualifications
- RN license in good standing with the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of five (5) years in long-term or acute care settings.
- Minimum of two (2) years in management or supervisory roles.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with policies and regulations to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct nursing services and related programs.
- Coordinate Interdisciplinary Care Plans with physicians, Medical Director, nursing staff, and consultants.
