Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.

• Must be able to work long or irregular hours, often under pressure.
• Must comply with local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services planning and coordination with Administrator and staff.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, monitor performance, coach and discipline as needed.
• Maintain departmental records, budgets, supplies, and senior department head duties.
• Ensure clean, safe, and compliant work areas and equipment.
