Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Nursing is a key member of the nursing leadership team responsible for advancing clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across the organization. This leadership role partners with nursing, physician, and operational leaders to shape the future of patient care while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
The Director provides oversight and direction for nursing practice, professional development, quality outcomes, patient experience, workforce engagement, and evidence-based care delivery. Working alongside Service Line Nurse Managers, Clinical Managers, Vice Presidents, and executive leadership, this individual helps drive organizational priorities while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This is a dynamic nursing leadership opportunity to develop high-performing teams, lead change, and influence care delivery across the continuum.
Education: BSN required with knowledge of nursing practices, theories, management and research, basic statistics, and health-care legislation. MSN preferred.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse required
$170,000.00 USD - $220,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
