• RN license to practice in Texas; Basic Life Support from AHA program.
• CCHP or CCHP-RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for nursing within Correctional Health.
• Lead nursing practice per professional standards and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and VP of Operations as part of triad leadership.
• Monitor quality, safety data, and regulatory compliance across Harris County Jail.
