Apalachee Center, Inc. in Tallahassee is seeking an RN/Associate Director of Nursing to lead nursing services, ensure Joint Commission and Florida licensure compliance, and uphold ICARE values in every interaction.

This role oversees budgeting, staff functions for nursing and technicians, and the collection and analysis of quality data to drive safe, high‑quality patient care across the behavioral health center.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains systems to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and State of Florida licensure standards.

• Responsible for all BHC nursing and technician staff functions.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports quality data.
• Performs other duties as required.
