Roxbury Hospital & Treatment Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead nursing strategy and patient care at our Shippensburg, PA facility. The DON will integrate patient-centered care within regulatory guidelines and contribute to leadership decisions at the hospital level.

The role emphasizes people management, service quality, cost-effective care, and strategic growth within a multi-site corporate network.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in PA.
• BSN from CCNE-accredited program; MSN preferred.
• Three or more years of progressive nursing management experience in behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a patient-centered nursing strategy aligned with UHS mission and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and institutional goals; oversee People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance facets.
• Foster autonomous facility operations with corporate support and governance structures.
