Job summary

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an associate degree in nursing or diploma program with leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with administrative experience.
- Master's degree in nursing or health administration preferred.
- Bachelor's in health sciences or behavioral sciences with admin supervision experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct the nursing facility staff to ensure quality care.
- Oversee RNs, LPNs and CNAs and ensure accountability for patient care.
- Develop and revise nursing policy and procedures.
- Attend quality assurance, admissions, care plans, safety and department head meetings.
- Coordinate nursing services with activities, dietary, social services and business office.
- Promote relationships with residents, families and professionals; conduct training.
