Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN Designee to support nursing leadership in an assisted living and memory care community. You will coordinate resident care, guide clinical teams, and help develop individualized, person-centered care plans for residents, including those with dementia.

You will promote safe, high-quality care and assist with medication services, staff training, and regulatory compliance to ensure standards are met across care delivery.

Competenze

• Current RN license is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership/coordination skills.
• Experience or knowledge of dementia care and person-centered planning.
• Solid understanding of medication safety and documentation practices.
• Ability to support training and ensure regulatory compliance.

Role Summary

The RN Designee supports nursing leadership at an assisted living and memory care community by coordinating resident care and guiding clinical teams. This position helps develop and implement individualized, person-centered care plans for residents, particularly those with dementia, while promoting safe and high-quality care.
