Boston Medical Center's Bone and Joint Center seeks a Nurse Coordinator RN to oversee clinical support activities and coordinate care with physicians. This role improves patient flow, ensures high-quality care, and supports team-based management in a busy orthopedic/primary care setting.
The position is full-time, requires Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS, with at least 3 years of clinical experience and strong leadership capabilities.
The Nurse Coordinator RN is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all clinical support activities in the Practice. Responsible for providing professional clinical assistance to patients within the practice supporting the physicians. Working directly with the physicians is the liaison between the patient and the physicians for establishing and maintaining quality patient care. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with clinic protocols and procedures.

Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years
3 years' experience in a clinical setting
At least 1 year of clinical experience with sub-specialties
Experience in an office setting related to internal medicine
$69,500.00- $101,000.00
