Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking dedicated PRN CNAs to join our nursing team. This per diem position offers day and night shifts with hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.25, and requires a CNA license with optional LTC experience.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology: Microsoft Office, POC, EHRs.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feeding.
• Support mobility needs including transfers with mechanical or staff assistance.
• Escort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinations.
• Observe and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staff.
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively.

Job Location: Messiah Lifeways - Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, Position Type: Per Diem, Education Level: CNA License, Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.25 Hourly, Job Shift: Varied, Job Category: Health Care, The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Available PRN Schedules:

• Day Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Night Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feeding
• Support mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistance
