Responsibilities

• Identifying and assisting in clinical site selections.
• Assessment and evaluation of clinical experiences of students.
• Using the TCPS (HealthStream) system to request and manage clinical placements.
• Ensure entry of required student and faculty clinical placement information into TCPS.
• Communicate with partner facilities about clinical placement needs.
• Schedule student orientation at the start of each term at clinical facilities.
• Review clinical sites to ensure they meet program and accreditation requirements.
• Conduct clinical site visits to evaluate the clinical learning experiences of students.
• Maintain records of all clinical placements.
• Act as liaison between clinical partners and program.
