Job summary

Conway Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead day-to-day patient care services across the Provider Network Services at assigned locations.

The role requires a BSN with 3+ years of nursing experience (5+ preferred), SC RN licensure, and BLS certification; ACLS preferred. You’ll collaborate with Pharmacy, Patient Access, and Administration to promote patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience required; 5 years preferred.
• SC RN licensure in good standing; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day clinical services across departments and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains and revises clinical policies; communicates changes to staff for implementation.
• Develops positive rapport with physicians and staff to support patient, staff, quality, and financial sustainability goals.
• Reviews staffing levels, productivity, and staff competency; assists with performance evaluations and corrective actions.
