Job summary

You will oversee clinical site relationships, schedule experiences, and ensure student progress through rotations and labs, while supporting faculty recruitment, orientation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in clinical nursing education.
• Minimum 3+ years in the nursing field.
• Current CT State RN License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
• Conduct site visits, observations, surveys and share results with stakeholders.
• Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, development and evaluation.
• Ensure instructors are present and arrange coverage for absences.
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
• Manage student progress through clinical rotations and Skill labs.
