Job summary

CT State Community College is seeking a Clinical Coordinator of Nursing for our Willimantic location. This role directs the clinical practice component of nursing programs and teaches in clinical settings, labs, and simulations to ensure high-quality student outcomes.

The incumbent will lead clinical instruction, coordinate practicum experiences, and participate in committee work while maintaining a professional standard aligned with accreditation and college policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
• CT nursing license.
• Experience with clinical instruction and course design, including simulation.
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
