Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando seeks an adaptable nursing educator to teach students during clinical rounds and conferences, and to develop and deliver instruction with the course coordinator. You will assess student performance, mentor learners, and contribute to curriculum development with faculty across simulation and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Teaches students during their clinical rounds and pre/post conferences.
• Supports and enforces the course syllabus in collaboration with the course coordinator.
• Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator.
• Grades clinical assignments and reviews evaluations with students.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to students in clinical settings.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure cohesive educational experiences.
• Participates in curriculum development and assessment activities.
• Maintains accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Communicates effectively with students, faculty, and community partners.
