Qualifications

• RN license in State of NM or Compact State.
• BLS required.
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinic operations including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and resource use.
• Provide leadership, coaching, development, and ongoing support to nursing and clinical staff.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, competency development, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Promote patient safety, clinical quality, teamwork, accountability, and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to identify workflow challenges and improve patient throughput and care delivery.
• Address patient concerns and use feedback to enhance patient experience.
• Support continuous quality improvement and staff competency maintenance.
• Monitor staffing and resources while supporting department budget and goals.
• Manage equipment, space, and staffing utilization.
