Qualifications

• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License is required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and use of clinical resources.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to nursing and clinical staff.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, competency development, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, clinical quality, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to improve workflows and patient throughput.
