Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division seeks an RN Case Manager to develop and implement care plans that coordinate home care services in line with physicians' orders and licensing guidelines.
The role requires a nursing degree and a state license with at least two years of experience preferred; travel is required and benefits include a full package and CEU support.
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (some flex start/stop times)
$65,000-$80,000
Full benefits package
CEU stipend, paid RN licensure renewals, additional paid trainings
Prefers case management experience but will train the right candidate
The RN Case Manager’s primary role is developing and implementing care plans for their clients that coordinate the clients' home care services and that follow physicians' orders. In addition, the Case Manager ensures that services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures.
