Qualifications

• LPN Apprentice I - upon completion of academics and clinical training, must obtain Mississippi Practical Nurse license.
• LPN Apprentice II - must be registered with the state of Mississippi to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN, APRN, or licensed physician.
• Record vital signs and discuss chief health concerns.
• Perform testing and administer injections as applicable.
• Assist with procedures and documentation according to SRHS policies.
